Position Summary :

Relevant Partners is seeking a strategic, results-driven Investor Sourcing and Qualifying consultant to lead investor sourcing and qualifying efforts. This role is designed for a professional with demonstrated success in building and vetting investor pipelines within real estate, private equity, or investment-focused environments.

As an investor sourcing and qualifying consultant, you’ll own top-of-funnel lead generation, proactive investor outreach, CRM reporting, and supporting the close of capital commitments in partnership with our sales team and senior leadership. You will also collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to refine outreach strategy, enhance cold leads workflows, and maintain a clean, high-performing CRM.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Sourcing & Qualifying

  • Identify and engage prospective investors through LinkedIn, referrals, investor networks, and direct outreach.
  • Qualify leads and maintain a consistent, high-volume cadence across digital and personal channels.
  • Build and organize investor lists across key affinity groups, capital networks, and geographic markets.
  • Manage outreach workflows and engagement data through Salesforce and supporting platforms.

CRM & Performance Reporting

  • Maintain complete, up-to-date lead records in Salesforce, including notes, next steps, and contact history.
  • Track and report on investor tiering, outreach metrics, and pipeline efficiency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sourcing strategies and closing rates.
  • Oversee the CRM Manager, supporting with development, advocacy, and morale.
  • Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with the Fundraising Team, Director of Operations, and CRM Manager to coordinate lead intake, handoff, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Qualifications :

  • 2–5 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or high-value B2B / B2C sales.
  • Experience in real estate, private equity, and / or fundraising is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing investor capital independently.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational habits and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and automation tools.
