What will you do as an Assistant Manager?

As an Assistant Manager, you will inspire and support your team to provide our guests with delicious food served fast and friendly in a clean, safe, and inviting facility and meet company goals. This includes providing positive leadership and constant coaching and training to your team to :

• Accurately and efficiently take and prepare guest orders
• Cleanly and safely manage and prep food
• Clean and maintain restaurant equipment, facilities, and premises
• Follow Arby’s policies and procedures
• Use computers, telephones, and other equipment
• Work as a team to meet company goals and service standards in a fast-paced environment
• Calmly resolve customer and employee issues
