job_description.job_card.job_descriptionReal estate : Assist in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, title and survey reviews, and conducting due diligence. Contracts and leases : Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of business contracts, commercial leases, and other related agreements for clients. Corporate and business formation : Counsel clients on entity formation (LLCs, corporations, etc.), corporate governance, and compliance matters. Business litigation : Support the litigation team by conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing for depositions, and assisting in all phases of the litigation process. Client communication : Interact directly with clients to provide case updates, answer questions, and manage expectations under the supervision of senior attorneys. Legal research and writing : Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare memorandums, reports, and other legal documents to support cases and transactions. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing Relevant experience in civil litigation, real estate, or corporate law.
