A Brief Summary of This Position

This is an individual contributor position with the Site Pro 1 in the Telecom division. Working under the direction of the Facility Manager, and within the guidelines of established procedures, the Picker / Packer is responsible to accurately pick all communication tower components per the packing slip. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for general housekeeping of their area.

Essential Functions

• Operate the following pieces of production equipment : forklifts
• Accurately pick, and pack items based on customer orders
• Inventory control activities including cycle counts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, although most frequent lift is 20 pounds
• Ability to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as well as work in non-temperature controlled environment
• Ability to stand / walk up to 100% of shift
• This position reports into the Facility Manager and has no direct reports
