Our clients include NYS Office of General Services, Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, NYC Health + Hospitals, State University of New York, NYC Department of Design and Construction, NYC Parks & Recreation, NYC School Construction Authority, NYC Economic Development Corporation, Battery Park City Authority, and NYS Parks, Recreations and Historic Preservation.

Position  – Construction   Senior Project Manager Location – On-Site in Corinth, N.Y.- Conklingville Dam Requirements / Job Duties :

  • Act as EIC for the projects, perform inspections, document inspections, run biweekly and pre-evolution meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between design, construction, the client and regulating authorities.
  • Keep accurate project record documents and ensure that the contractors remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Follow all procedures to ensure the contract is completed in accordance with the contract, laws and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering strongly desired.
  • Must have experience in dam construction and inspection.
  • OSHA 30.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend plans, specifications, addenda, bid materials, contracts and related construction documents.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in PC applications, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and / or participate in team endeavors.
  • Demonstrated record of taking initiative.
  • Demonstrated management skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
  • Extensive experience in managing construction projects.

    • Pay Rate :

  • $50.00 - $70.00 / Hourly Salary.  Actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications, education, skills, and experience.
