What You'll Do

• Lead with Purpose : Supervise and coordinate daily operations, including routine and project-based assignments, ensuring high standards across all areas of care.
• Support Your Team : Mentor and train ES staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards. Promote a culture of learning and accountability.
• Drive Excellence : Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with department managers to meet strategic goals and maintain cost-effective, quality service.
• Coordinate Key Services : Oversee setups, moves, AV equipment, and waste management. Ensure smooth operations in both unit-based and non-unit-based areas.

What We're Looking For

Education

Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

Minimum of three years of supervisory experience, preferably in a Health Care environment.
