Position : Lead Appliance Repair Technician

Location : Greater Indianapolis Area

Salary : Based on Experience

Bonus Eligibility : Up to $5,000 Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities :

Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances.

Provide outstanding customer service with a focus on solving problems and ensuring satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and solutions.

Qualifications :

Mechanical aptitude with a strong understanding of appliance repair.

Must have at least 3 years of appliance experience including sealed systems.

Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
