Responsibilities

• Oversee the cross-functional scaling, strategic planning, development, and implementation of Apple's professional learning programs for educators.
• Develop go-to-market activations and comprehensive communication plans to drive adoption and engagement in collaboration with the GTM team.
• Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure program impact and inform continuous improvement.
• Lead global strategic financial modeling and planning to optimize resource allocation in alignment with organizational growth objectives.
• Manage the worldwide partner network to scale programs efficiently, including ethics and negotiation of service agreements, in collaboration with Legal, Corporate Legal Purchasing, and Compliance.
• Act as a primary liaison with geographic leads and regional education leaders to align strategies and ensure regional relevance.
• Enhance global recognition by developing and implementing distinguished partnerships, and oversee standards alignment and accreditation initiatives across national and international educational institutions.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Digital Platforms, and Advocacy teams to scale and sustain Apple's professional learning programs.
• Design robust and inclusive post-certification activation, community and ambassador programs, prioritizing hybrid event strategies to maximize reach and participation.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
