$22.00 / hr Starting; $23.56 / hr After Completion of Level 1 (Around 90 Days)

Shift

3rd Shift; 6p-6a, 3 days one week and 4 days the next; includes every other weekend

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Exercise and promote safety
• Understand and use tools required to complete tasks
• Understand print tolerances and how to apply
• Move material to the saw
• Use proper lifting techniques
• Understand and read a hard card
• Cut material and understand the following : sample standards, finished piece size, tolerances, walk out the part to know first and last cut
• Mark product
• Know saw control menus
• Operate saw in manual and auto
• Send programs
• Adjust saw as needed
• Identify scrap pieces and log into the system
• Fill out required forms and logs
• Identify quality defects
• Know the R codes (scrap codes)
• Perform checks : conductivity, cut length, visual, weight, squareness
• Other duties as assigned

Safety

All UAC employees must know and follow job safety procedures, attend required health and safety training, proactively promote safety at work, and promptly report actual and potential accidents and injuries. Employee must understand the PPE and wear it properly.
