Program Manager, EHS Supply Chain Operations
This role involves partnering with the Global Cloud Logistics (GCL) organization and outsourced service partners to develop and implement a safe working environment and proactive safety culture. It will allow for daily involvement in operations to identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve overall safety performance within the warehouse and data center environment. You will be responsible for scoping, phasing, and leading ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges, ensuring alignment of senior stakeholders. You will also provide additional support and project management oversight to new and critical EHS initiatives to continue to create and iterate our EHS programs. You define problem solving and risk-mitigation strategies and drive engineering / innovation initiatives to reduce risks.
Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating operational EHS risks, partnering with GCL third party logistics vendors to drive continuous safety improvements, developing EHS standards and requirements for vendor contracts and operations, reviewing incident investigations submitted by vendors, and conducting and managing assessments of existing EHS programs to ensure alignment with our regional strategy.
