Taylor's Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead telecommunications and fiber optic projects across Virginia, from planning and budgeting through execution and closeout. The Project Manager ensures timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery of projects for clients in the telecom and utility sectors.

What You'll Do :

• Oversee the full lifecycle of telecom and fiber optic construction projects.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and project work plans.
• Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to align field activities with design requirements.
• Manage risks, resolve field issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Track costs, progress, and prepare client-facing reports.
