Family Medicine Provider, Monday - Friday

Adult male population with limited medical issues, some with regulated chronic issues, majority, with no chronic conditions. Transfers to the local emergency room / hospital for acute medical issues. Duties include completion of history and physical upon admission. Documentation of changes and 90-day progress notes. This is a mental health center with an average length of stay of 287 days. Provider will oversee 2 -3 units as to medical issues and documentation, ordering of labs, x-rays, and change of medications as needed.
