Sales Recruiter
We are a sales company that grows by finding and hiring professional salespeople in each of our industries. Our in-house recruiting department is on the front end of this effort, locating, engaging and maintaining relationships with sales professionals and owners in our industries. The ideal person for this role has an outgoing personality, is comfortable conversing on the phone, and is confident in their ability to generate interest in a career opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Outreach : Recruiters are expected to contact prospective sales professionals via a text program, phone, and email to explain the benefits and aspects of a sales position with Indoff and send the salesperson more information about the career.
- CRM : Recruiters utilize a CRM program to access their call calendar, input information, and change records to reflect their actions.
- Reporting : A recruiter will keep track of their outreach attempts throughout the day and enter them into a Google Sheet.
- Data collection : Ongoing data collection on the results of personal outreach will be inputted into a Google Sheet and periodically aggregated for reporting.

Requirements :
