$240,000 to $260,000 per year

About The Position

  • Full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a high-profile, growing outpatient practice.
  • The clinic serves patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, and offers opportunities for teaching family medicine residents.
  • The position includes days with on-call rotation (1 : 7 by phone only).

Job Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine – REQUIRED.
  • Indiana medical license (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED.
  • DEA license (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED.
  • COVID-19 vaccination – REQUIRED.
  • Experience with pediatric through geriatric patient populations – REQUIRED.
  • EPIC EMR experience – Highly preferred.
