As a Live Chat Support Specialist at Laka Group SRL, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in the Civil Engineering industry. You will be the first point of contact for resolving inquiries and issues through live chat, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via live chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide product information and guidance to customers
