Job Description

This is a Dual Posting linked with Job ID 55990 (Outpatient Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner) and two candidates will be selected. Final titles will depend on the qualifications of the final candidates.

The Department of Neurosurgery is excited to announce an opening for one Physician Assistant. This individual will collaborate with our neurosurgeons located at the University Hospital to provide care for our neurosurgical patient population in our outpatient clinics.

Highlights :

• Schedule : Monday-Friday
• Work in collaboration with Neurosurgeons in the clinical outpatient setting seeing hospital neurosurgical follow ups, postoperative follow ups, new consultation patients, spine and skull fractures, traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury follow ups, and other neurosurgical patients.

Office / Administrative Hours : Yes - Position will have Office / Admin Hours

Flexibility for Alternative Schedules : No

Minimum Qualifications

Physicians Assistant (PA) licensure by the Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts.

Preferred Qualifications

Credentials : The National Certification Corporation (NCC).

Anticipated Hiring Range

Hiring Range : $90,251.20-$147,284.80

Grade : PAT-012
