Process Engineering Consultant

A company is looking for a Process Manager for a 3-week contract.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end process mapping of field service delivery workflows

Perform gap analysis between acquired portfolio processes and established company standards

Develop and present remediation recommendations and produce comprehensive documentation

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Process Improvement, Industrial Engineering, or Business Process Analysis

Proven experience in process mapping and developing Work Instructions and SOPs

Ability to perform gap analysis and provide data-backed business recommendations

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace

Experience with Solar Field Service and O&M workflows is a plus
