Description :

This position is an auto-offer.

The role involves providing patient care in a high-acuity setting.

RNs will be trained to operate ventilators, although patients will be transferred to higher-level care quickly.

The Emergency Department has a total of 11 beds.

Patient ratios will typically be 4 : 1, with variations during surge conditions.

The facility utilizes various equipment, including ultrasound, X-ray, and CT.

Electronic Medical Records are managed through a specific system.

The ideal candidate will have trauma and pediatrics experience, as the facility treats over 200 patients daily.

All nursing duties must be performed in accordance with the established guidelines of nursing practice.

RNs will be expected to coordinate care with other departments for optimal patient comfort.

The working environment is typically clean and air-conditioned.

Physical demands include standing and walking most of the time, as well as lifting and pushing patients.

Candidates must demonstrate effective communication and clinical expertise.

RTO (request time off) must be managed appropriately, with specific guidelines on approval.

Professional attire should consist of black scrubs, with no unacceptable attire allowed.
