STNA (State Tested Nurse Aide)

We are currently seeking caring and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Your Responsibilities as an STNA :

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Help residents with mobility and transfers, using appropriate techniques and equipment

Provide assistance with meals and hydration

Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

Promote dignity, respect, and quality of life for each resident

Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members to provide top-notch care

Qualifications :

Active STNA certification in the state of Ohio (Required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

Ability to work well in a team environment

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required
