Everspan Life is hiring : Social Media Content Creator Community Manager in Phoen

We’re seeking a Content Creator & Community Manager who eats, sleeps, and breathes TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You can spot trends before they peak, and have the skills to shoot, edit, and publish brand-relevant content at internet speed. This role is about both creation and connection : making scroll-stopping content and engaging with our audience to build a loyal, mission-driven community around health optimization and longevity. Responsibilities : What You’ll Do

• Research, concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Videos, and Shorts).
• Stay on top of cultural trends, audio trends, and platform algorithms to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Manage Everspan Life’s social channels, publishing daily / weekly content across all supported channels.
• Engage with followers : respond to comments / DMs, foster discussions, and grow the community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand voice, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Track content performance and use analytics to refine strategy and improve engagement.
• Support content for webinars, live Q&As, and other events. About You
• You’re a creator at heart — always filming, editing, or experimenting with new ideas.
• You know what it takes to make content that stops the scroll .
• You’re fluent in TikTok / IG culture — trends, tools, memes, audios, and editing styles.
• You have hands-on editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, etc.) and can deliver polished content quickly (with help from your AI buddy).
• You’re comfortable being behind (and occasionally in front of) the camera.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where speed and creativity matter more than perfect polish.
• You’re excited to work on something meaningful : helping people live healthier, longer lives. Qualifications :
• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role.
• Proven portfolio of TikTok / Instagram content (personal or professional) with engagement metrics.
• Strong video shooting, editing, and post-production skills.
• Understanding of analytics and social KPIs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Compensation : $50,000 - $60,000 yearly

Compensation :

$50,000-$60,000 per year
