Location : Island Falls, ME
Schedule : Full-time 40 hours
Are you a people person with a passion for organization and a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Join our 3Rivers Human Resources team as an HR Coordinator — the friendly face and steady hand that helps our employees, candidates, and leaders every day.
As our 3Rivers HR Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for all things HR — from welcoming new hires and supporting recruitment to answering payroll and benefits questions. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our HR operations accurate, efficient, and employee-centered.
What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to resource for employee questions — via phone, email, or in person — ensuring everyone gets the help they need with professionalism and care.
- Support recruitment and onboarding : post job openings, coordinate interviews, and help new team members feel right at home from day one.
- Assist with payroll and benefits questions, ensuring timely and accurate support for employees.
- Maintain HRIS data and personnel files with precision and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support for HR programs, training sessions, and employee recognition events.
- Represent our organization at job fairs and community events, sharing our mission and opportunities with potential candidates.
What We’re Looking For
A detail-oriented multitasker who loves keeping things organized and accurate.A strong communicator who can balance professionalism with warmth.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with HRIS systems.Prior experience in an office, administrative, or customer service setting (HR experience a plus!).The ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality.Willingness to travel between agency locations and work flexible hours when needed.Why You’ll Love Working Here

High school diploma or equivalent (additional HR or administrative training a plus).Ability to pass required background checks.Physical ability to perform office tasks and travel between sites as needed.Compensation details : 20-24 Hourly Wage
