Plant Manager – Fort Worth

The Plant Manager will oversee daily operations to meet manufacturing production targets, maintain quality and safety standards, and control costs. Key responsibilities include managing staff, developing production strategies, coordinating departments, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Strong leadership, technical knowledge, and analytical skills are essential to drive efficiency and profitability in this electronic repair plant.

Required Manufacturing Experience : Recent experience in manufacturing, preferably in electronic, computer, or AI server repair, is needed for this position.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

  • Hire and train new employees.
  • Organize and oversee the schedules and work of assigned team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Handle discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Production Management : Planning production schedules, monitoring processes, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Operational Efficiency : Implementing strategies to optimize plant performance, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
  • Quality Control : Ensuring production processes meet quality standards and final products meet specifications.
  • Safety & Compliance : Upholding health, safety, and environmental regulations to create a safe working environment.
  • Maintenance & Assets : Overseeing equipment maintenance and asset utilization.
  • Reporting & Analysis : Preparing and analyzing reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management : Managing budgets to operate within financial parameters.
  • Leadership & Technical Skills : Providing direction, motivating teams, and understanding manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking : Developing strategies for efficiency and cost reduction; interpreting data for decision-making.
  • Communication : Effectively liaising with staff, management, and clients.
  • Education and Experience Requirements :

  • Recent manufacturing experience in electronic, computer, or AI server repair.
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in AI or technology manufacturing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional attitude.
  • Proficiency in management reports, Excel, ISO, and SOP procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to new processes.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S procedures is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and detail-oriented skills.
