Key Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead negotiation, structuring, drafting, and closing complex commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, easements, joint ventures)
• Represent public entities and private clients in public finance matters (bond issuances, tax increment financing, public-private partnerships, infrastructure financing)
• Draft and review agreements, contracts, and ancillary documentation (e.g. financing agreements, interlocal agreements, site development agreements)
• Coordinate with lenders, bond counsel, underwriters, financial advisors, municipal staff, and other stakeholders
