• Supervise and coordinate homecare activities\n
• Develop and implement care plans\n
• Assess patient needs and provide nursing interventions\n
• Train and mentor homecare staff\n
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards\n
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records\nRequirements : \n
• Valid RN license in the state of Maine\n
• 2 years of clinical nursing experience\n
• Prior experience in homecare\n
• Strong leadership and communication skills\n
