CNA and / or HHA

Job Summary :

The CNA and / or HHA at Griswold Care Pairing will provide compassionate and high-quality care to clients in Sarasota / Manatee County. This is a hourly healthcare / medical job in the Franchise industry located in Venice, Florida. As an individual contributor, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our clients and their families by helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Compensation & Benefits :

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18 to $30  paid weekly.

Responsibilities :

• Provide personal care services to clients, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting with mobility.
• Administer medications as prescribed by a physician.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
