Description

  • Experienced use of toolroom equipment – Drill Press, Bridgeport, Lathe, Hand Drill & Tapping
  • Mig Welding a plus
  • Installing various fixture nests & components
  • Install and run air lines and electrical cables

Key Responsibilities

  • Build secondary assembly fixtures from ground up.
  • Manages related projects and time needed to perform the task.
  • Troubleshoots all equipment related to position.
  • Gather equipment needed for fixture build
  • Install robots and controls onto fixtures.
  • Mount sensors and control valves

    • Physical Demands :

  • Walking and sitting – frequently on production floor
  • Use of hands – to handle and feel parts for surface qualities
  • Communication – frequently required to exchange information, regularly required to speak and / or hear. effective and clear direction to subordinates as required.
  • Lifting – lift and move up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Vision abilities – close, distant, color and ability to adjust focus.
