We’re looking for a Spa Site Manager to lead one of our beautiful spa locations, ensuring smooth daily operations, an exceptional client experience, and a motivated, high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

As the Spa Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for :

Leading daily operations – managing staff schedules, client bookings, and service delivery to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Driving performance – meeting revenue goals, managing budgets, and monitoring key performance metrics.

Building and developing your team – hiring, training, motivating, and conducting performance reviews.

Enhancing client experience – handling escalations with professionalism and ensuring every client feels valued and cared for.

Marketing collaboration – working with the marketing team to promote provider availability and boost appointment bookings.

Maintaining standards – ensuring cleanliness, compliance, and facility presentation always meet Sweetgrass’ high expectations.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of spa, salon, or wellness management experience (medical aesthetics experience preferred).

Strong leadership and team-building skills – you lead with positivity and accountability.

Solid understanding of budgeting, sales goals, and operations management .

Excellent communication and organizational skills , with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Passion for customer service, wellness, and aesthetics .

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
