Job Description
Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Regional Medical Director to work in an administrative and clinical capacity. As a company leader, your role will include training and management of other providers to adhere to Serenity’s best practices while maintaining a successful interventional psychiatric outpatient practice. The candidate selected for this role will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer of Serenity. Please see below for additional aspects of this position :

Responsibilities :
Management of psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners in your regionImplement company onboarding and training policies for providersInvolvement in interviewing and selection of providersTake direction from non-clinical leadership to achieve corporate objectivesServe as the conduit between operations leadership and providers to ensure best practices are being upheldMaintain outpatient clinical practice with treatment options like non-invasive neuromodulation (dTMS), Ketamine infusions, and diligent medication management.Requirements :
Board Certified by American Board of Psychiatry and NeurologyLicensed (or willing to become) in corresponding state of clinic locationPrevious or demonstratable leadership experience of at least 2 yearsExperience utilizing interventional treatment techniques, preferably TMSUnencumbered DEA / Clean criminal backgroundGreen Card holder or United States CitizenSome travel required
