Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day client requirements and benefit requests, ensuring timely execution
Lead quality assurance initiatives and analyze client requests for plan documentation
Resolve sponsor and member issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
2+ years of experience in PBM, health plan, or benefits consulting
Health Plan and Medicaid experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office; SQL knowledge is a bonus
Experience working with structured and unstructured data
