THE CLIENT
This particular client is a mid-sized A&E Firm (200 ppl) who work on a wide variety of projects, including : Mission Critical / Data Centers, Healthcare, Science & Tech, Education, Sports stadiums, , Hi-rise / multi-unit residential, mixed-use, etc.
ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design competence and leadership
- Business development
- Provide the full range of architectural services
- Create and develop planning and design concepts
- Prepare renderings / presentation drawings and lead presentations both internally and externally
- Present design solutions to client representatives and / or design review committees
- Mentor and train junior and intermediate staff
- Maintain and develop relationships with past, current and new clients
