We have an exciting opportunity for you with an established personal injury law firm located in Denver. We are looking for an experienced pre-litigation Intake / Case Manager. Our clients are very important to us, so we are looking for candidates with strong people skills. Ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills with a strong work ethic.

Must be familiar with personal injury process from start to finish :

  • . Screening prospective calls
  • . Intake : meeting with clients to review initial information
  • Ongoing communication with clients and insurance companies regarding treatment and case status
  • Obtain lost wage information from clients
  • Review demand packages
  • Track deadlines
  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
  • . Assist the Attorney with case resolution
  • . Experience in lien resolution

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Understanding of health insurance i.e. Medicare and Medicaid
  • Understanding of auto insurance i.e. Medpay, UIM

    • Salary commensurate with experience.

    Range $50,000 to $70,000
