A company is looking for a Technology Consultant to join their Managed Application Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage ticket intake and triage from customer contacts while overseeing MAS support tickets
Build and modify workflows, business rules, and automations, along with configuring urgent system issues
Provide proactive guidance on client-led testing and create / update reports using SSRS and Crystal Reports
Required Qualifications
Experience implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform
Background in IT business analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and system administration
Experience supporting highly technical and complex enterprise information systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
High aptitude for complex problem analysis and resolution
