Key Responsibilities

Conduct business process analysis to gather requirements and identify areas for optimization

Collaborate with technical teams to deliver comprehensive technical design documents and manage project timelines

Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Zuora and related financial applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue implementation and configuration

Expert knowledge in billing models, revenue recognition principles, and ASC 606 compliance

Experience with Zuora APIs and workflows for optimizing billing and revenue management integrations

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
