We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Representative to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others and interested in supporting patients and healthcare providers through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to patient and provider inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
• Assist with appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and billing questions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and internal policies
• Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments
• Provide support for healthcare programs, services, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

Hourly Pay : Average $18–$22 / hour (based on experience)

Pay Details : $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
