Job Description

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of healthcare and data center construction projects. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment with requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. Monitor project progress and address any challenges to maintain timelines and quality standards. Lead project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring clear communication. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards. Prepare and present project reports, including financial and operational performance metrics. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Healthcare, Data Center Construction should have :
