About The Role

Arena is a new business incubated within Red Seat Ventures and backed by Tubi Media Group and Fox Corporation. Arena will reimagine access to premium live events through a modern membership model. We are seeking a founding SVP, Strategy & Operations to work alongside the CEO to turn Arena's vision into a high-performing business from day one. This is a rare opportunity to lead at inceptiondefining the strategy, building the roadmap, launching the product, and operationalizing the business across multiple markets. You will shape the DNA of a new brand at the intersection of technology, live entertainment, and premium membership.

A Snapshot Of Your Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO to define and execute Arena's go-to-market strategy and launch plan
  • Translate strategic priorities into an operating model, roadmap, and team structure
  • Build and lead critical functions including business operations, logistics, inventory planning, and member experience
  • Develop performance frameworks, KPIs, and feedback loops to guide early execution and scale
  • Own supply and demand planning, including venue relationships, suite inventory, and market expansion strategy
  • Oversee system selection and implementation across CRM, booking, customer service, and analytics
  • Hire and manage initial operational team members while driving a high-performance culture
  • Work cross-functionally with partners across Red Seat Ventures, Tubi Media Group, and Fox Corp as the business scales

What You Will Need

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic operations, general management, or business building roles
  • Proven ability to build and scale early-stage businesses or divisions from zero to one
  • Experience in sectors such as hospitality, premium services, or entertainment
  • Strong operator mindset with hands-on comfort managing logistics, process, systems, and people
  • Strategic fluency with the ability to connect vision to execution and navigate ambiguity
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit with a bias toward action and accountability
  • Nice To Have, But Not A Dealbreaker

  • Familiarity with live events or venue operations
  • Experience with premium membership models and their KPIs
  • Background in creator-led or DTC subscription businesses
  • Experience launching multi-market offerings or high-touch service models
  • Previous work in a venture-backed or corporate innovation environment

    Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate / range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $296,000.00-325,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical / dental / vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
