Job Overview

As an Operations Supervisor - Drop Ship Outbound, you will oversee and optimize the drop shipping process from order placement to delivery. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely shipments, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze workflows, implement improvements, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire drop ship outbound process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to optimize shipping solutions

Analyze operational workflows and identify areas for improvement

Implement best practices in inventory management and logistics

Coordinate with customer service to address and resolve shipping issues

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for drop ship operations

Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to enhance performance and productivity

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate operational status to senior management

Requirements :

3+ years of experience in operations management or logistics

Proven track record in managing outbound logistics or drop ship operations

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms

Preferred Requirements

Experience working with major e-commerce retailers

Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP)

Familiarity with data analytics and performance metrics

Bilingual - Spanish

Skills :
