Key Responsibilities
Engage with new and returning clients to identify their travel goals, preferences, and budget.
Recommend and sell travel packages, flights, accommodations, cruises, and tours that align with client interests.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, promotions, and travel industry trends.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to post-travel follow-up.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service and attention to detail.
Manage client bookings, documentation, and itinerary updates efficiently and accurately.
Collaborate with team members and suppliers to ensure smooth trip coordination.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, travel, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centered mindset.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient with computer systems and comfortable learning new travel software (training provided).
Enthusiastic about travel, destinations, and helping others plan meaningful experiences.
