About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Project Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a recent engineering graduate with a strong technical foundation and a passion for driving projects to completion within manufacturing or industrial environments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop project management skills while working closely with cross-functional teams in production, supply chain, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering and production-related initiatives.
- Track and report project KPIs (timelines, costs, quality, delivery).
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, supply chain, quality) to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation, progress reports, and presentations for internal and customer reviews.
- Identify and communicate potential risks or bottlenecks, and help implement corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities within manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Foster strong working relationships with both internal teams and external partners / suppliers.
