Full-Time and Per Diem Therapist Opportunities available at Psychiatric Hospital in Orange County

Effective immediately, the sign on bonus for Therapists is as follows with a total of $1500.00 :

• $500 at 3 months
• $500 at 6 months
• $500 at 1 year

College Hospital Costa Mesa is currently seeking passionate and dedicated therapists to join our team in both Full-Time and Per Diem positions. We are committed to providing high-quality care to patients and offering a supportive environment for our staff. Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors, including relevant experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may be available for specific roles in CHCM / CSU, such as shift differentials and other special pay practices.

The salary range posted is an estimate based on current conditions at the time of posting.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

Develops therapeutic relationships with assigned patients. Responsible for client satisfaction with treatment program.

QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching. Corrected vision and hearing to a normal range. Finger dexterity. Frequent exposure to stressful situations. Constant public and patient contact.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Constant exposure to noise. Occasional exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Occasional exposure to chemicals and general cleaning agents. Shift hours may vary dependent upon the department needs to include weekend and holidays.
