job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform MRI procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards. Operate Siemens MRI equipment and manage imaging data within the Cerner EMR system. Start IVs and administer contrast agents as needed. Perform both routine and advanced MRI scans, with a focus on cardiac imaging (preferred). Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all imaging meets diagnostic quality. Comply with facility protocols, HIPAA, and industry regulations. Active state license (WV or Compact; pending acceptable). BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association required). Minimum 1 year of MRI experience. IV start competency required. Experience with Siemens MRI systems required. Cardiac MRI experience preferred. Cerner EMR experience preferred. First-time travelers welcome.
