Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care; including examination and accurate diagnosing, review and maintain medical record, treatment / supervision of acute / chronic medical conditions. Order and evalute diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays, etc). Refer patients to a higher level of care when appropriate. Actively engage in patient education. Timely and accurate completion of all necessary charting / paperwork.

Required Qualifications :

• Certificate of completion from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Unrestricted California (PA or NP) license.
• Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date.
• Excellent patient care and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
• Flexible, strong multi-prioritizing skills and time management skills.
• Computer / EMR proficient.
