Multifamily Superintendent

Job Description

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.

Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

Manage subcontractors and on-site staff to maintain productivity and quality standards.

Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing potential delays or cost overruns promptly.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets established standards and guidelines.

Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.

Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction to keep the project on track.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multifamily Superintendent should have :

Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects from start to finish.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Problem-solving skills to address challenges during construction effectively.
