job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWork on 4east medical-surgical unit with 30 beds Patient ratio of 1 : 6 Required to work 4 weekend shifts per 28-day schedule Fall into holiday rotation Floating policy - fall into rotation with other staff Use Meditech documentation system Work with equipment including walkers, IV pumps, SCDs, and other standard medical equipment Support team includes Clinical Coordinators, Unit Secretary, PCTs, and Case Management Medical-surgical experience required including respiratory diseases / illnesses, renal disease, GI illnesses / diseases, telemetry, CVCs, indwelling catheters, heparin drips Must demonstrate teamwork, compassion, collaboration and communication skills BLS certification required RN license required Navy blue scrubs required Patient experience requirements include maintaining 72% satisfaction utilizing communication boards Referral bonus
