Staff Machine Learning Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff ML Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Design, train, and deploy machine learning models, particularly LLMs, from research to production

Fine-tune open-weight language models and build scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into ML solutions and maintain code quality

Required Qualifications

6-7+ years of experience in ML or applied AI

Proven ability to take GenAI / ML products from ideation to production

Strong experience with fine-tuning LLMs and familiarity with related techniques

Proficiency in Python and experience with production-grade systems

Startup or high-performance tech background preferred; finance or fintech experience is a plus
