We are in search of a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our Network Operations Team located in Santa Barbara, California. Please apply only if you are already based in the area or are open to relocating. This role is a full-time, on-site position. The perfect candidate will have comprehensive experience in IP switching and routing, along with a keen interest in broadening their expertise in enterprise / provider -grade IP / WAN engineering and cybersecurity for the internet.

Compensation :

$100,000 - $125,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for managing and monitoring Impulse Central Offices, Data Centers, Points of Presence, and HQ infrastructure in accordance with service level agreements.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of any network and voice application issues.
• Conduct router upgrades for customers in an organized manner.
• Adhere to facility security protocol and complete other maintenance duties.
• Configure customer equipment before deployment.
• Act as a contact for escalated issues.
• Be available for on-call duty as required.
