Our focus is on making the design and installation process easy and stress-free for our clients, whether you're building, remodeling, or retrofitting.

What You'll Do

  • Be the face of Applause—guide clients through the entire sales journey and help bring their smart home visions to life
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling
  • Work closely with clients and maintain communication from initial contact until the operations team completes the project
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of A / V and home automation products and trends
  • Use and update CRM software daily to manage leads and track progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
