A global manufacturing company in Brewster, NY is hiring CNC Operators to support its expanding production team. This is a direct hire opportunity ideal for individuals with prior machine operation experience or those eager to grow their skills in CNC machining.

Position Overview :

Job Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire
Location : Brewster, New York
Shifts Available : 1st Shift and 2nd Shift
Industry : Manufacturing / CNC Machining / Production

CNC Operator Responsibilities :

Operate CNC and manual machining equipment in a production environment.

Run pre-set machines to produce parts according to specifications.

Inspect finished parts for accuracy using basic measuring tools.

Maintain safe and efficient work practices.

Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Produce parts within tight tolerances and quality standards.

Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality.

CNC Operator Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED required.

Prior experience operating CNC machinery or other manufacturing equipment preferred.

Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations.

Familiarity with Mastercam and SolidWorks is a plus.

Strong desire to learn and grow in the machining field.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
