A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to analyze business needs and optimize Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for Salesforce solutions
Configure and optimize Salesforce features, including Flows, Process Builder, and reports
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop training and change management plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
6-7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with 4-5 years specifically with Salesforce
Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools and familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Experience in Agile environments, including writing user stories and supporting sprint planning
Proficiency in business process documentation and data analysis
