Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients to exam rooms, monitor wait times, and assist with exam preparation
• Record vital signs, medical histories, allergies, and chief complaints with precision
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in the EMR system
• Ensure lab reports and other documentation are available prior to appointments
• Provide interpretation services and clerical support to streamline office operations
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and organized
• Verify medical insurance coverage and update patient information
• Retrieve and file medical reports and lab results
• Uphold HIPAA standards and protect patient confidentiality

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 / hr.
